Festivz Launch Photo Competition 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: 

The promoter of this competition is Festivz (ABN: 84 102 702 299), referred to as "the Promoter."

2. Competition Period: 

The competition begins at 9:00 PM AEDT on 31 March 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 May 2025 ("Competition Period").

3. Eligibility:

• Entry is open to all customers who purchase a Festivz shirt within the competition time period and are residents of Australia.

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, customers must:

• Take a photo of themselves wearing a Festivz shirt.

• Post the photo to either Facebook or Instagram.

• Tag Festivz in the photo (Facebook: @FestivzAU, Instagram: @festivz_au) and use the hashtag #festivzlaunch.

Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be unique.

5. Prize:

There will only be one winner and one prize. The winner will receive a $75 Festivz digital gift card. The gift card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter based on the quality, creativity, and originality of the photo.

The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification:

The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for their entry within 7 days of the competition closing.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Use of Entries:

By entering the competition, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display their submitted photos or videos in any medium (including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials) without compensation or prior notice.

Entrants warrant that their submission is their original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

9. Privacy:

Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions:

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition at its sole discretion.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter during the Competition Period.

• By entering, entrants agree to release the Promoter from any liability arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

This competition is governed by the laws of Australia.
