Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your items' shipping date to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We understand that accidents in transit can happen! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to send photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect items.

 

Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate. To begin the process, we require the following:

  1. A photo of all items received, laid out clearly

  2. A photo of the parcel/packaging, including the delivery label

  3. Confirmation of whether the parcel arrived damaged, opened, or re-taped

Please note:

  • We cannot issue replacements, refunds, or store credit without the above information.

  • In the event the courier confirms loss, damage, or tampering, we will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

  • Missing item claims made without evidence, or after the 7-day window, may not be eligible for replacement.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to the nature of our printing and sewing process, the placement of the design on each shirt may vary slightly from the preview image. These variations do not affect the quality or durability of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the product. Returns or exchanges will not be offered for design placement differences.

 

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or style, we offer a store credit for exchanges.

The fastest way to exchange is to contact us on info@arvieapparel.com.au to organise the return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs if returning items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
